The room: 14'8" x 14' (about 205 sqft), corner room with windows on two walls, deep window seats, big closet, oak floors, unfurnished. The second full bathroom is right next to it, so in practice it's yours. The apartment: 1,166 sqft, fully renovated, quartz kitchen counters, in-unit washer/dryer. Setup is the two of us plus you: Paul has the second bedroom, Daniel turns part of the large living room into his sleeping area with a divider, and the corner bedroom is all yours. The building: heated outdoor lap pool with sun deck, two rooftop terraces on the 40th floor with heated seating, fire pit and grill station, full gym plus yoga studio, 24-hour attended lobby and concierge.
