American University (AU) Apartments and Housing
5 beds • 2 baths • 3 roommates
The location is honestly hard to beat. You’re right in Columbia Heights, just a short walk to the metro, Target, Giant, and all the bars and coffee spots on 14th St and U St. It makes getting around the city super easy without needing a car. The apartment itself has a really nice, chill vibe. The room for rent gets plenty of natural sunlight.
