Our home is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the beach and approximately a 20-minute drive from the University of Washington Tacoma campus. We are looking for a long-term tenant who is clean, tidy, respectful, and enjoys a quiet living environment. My husband and I take great pride in keeping our home very clean and peaceful, and we appreciate a calm and well-organized lifestyle. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and friendly, with a pleasant environment that is perfect for walks and enjoying the outdoors. Please note that this listing is for long-term stays only. We do not allow have pets, and to help maintain a quiet and comfortable environment for everyone, we are unable to accommodate visitors or overnight guests.
