Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my open studio at AMLI Arc in Seattle for a short-term stay while I’m back in China for visa processing. Apartment Details Open studio Fully furnished Utilities & WiFi included Move-in ready — just bring your luggage Current lease runs through February After the short-term stay, you may have the option to contact the apartment office directly about renewing if you’d like to stay longer Short-Term Stay Available from around mid-December to around mid-February Exact dates can be discussed Suitable for Seattle interns, short-term business trips, or anyone looking for a temporary home Prime South Lake Union Location Located in South Lake Union Only a few minutes' walk to Amazon offices Starbucks and Whole Foods are about a 10-minute walk away Plenty of restaurants and everyday conveniences nearby Great location for commuting without having to worry about Seattle's rainy weather Two Options Private sublet: Use the existing furniture and keep the utilities/WiFi arrangement, making it easy to move in. Through the apartment: We can discuss splitting the applicable transfer/application fees. The current lease can continue through February, and if you want to stay afterward, you can contact the leasing office directly about renewal. I’ve lived here for about 2.5 years and have been very happy with the apartment and location.
