The building is in E 57th St. Extremely close to the UChicago campus (5min walk), with grocery stores (Target and Trader Joe’s) both within 10min walk, bars/restaurants nearby. This room will come furnished with a closet, mattress, standing light, and a table with drawers. The unit has two other bedrooms (3 in total,) a fully functional kitchen, two bathrooms (one bathtub, the other walk-in shower room), and great living space. There is in-unit washer & dryer. Mails and packages are convenient to get right in the lobby. You will be sharing amenities with two other boys living here with their own private rooms, both very nice, clean and open to being friends as well as having their own space! They are open to either gender. We don’t have pets but it could be negotiated! There is free street parking. There is non refundable application fee.
