We will be taking the master bedroom, leaving the two secondary rooms available. Apartment & Room Options: - Large Secondary Bedroom - Small Secondary Bedroom - The two roommates will share 1 hallway bathroom. - Utilities are split evenly among everyone. - Professionally managed community: clean, safe, pest-free, with fast maintenance response. The 3B2B unit is spacious and comfortable! Location & Commute: - Address: Trails at Canyon Crest Apartments, Riverside, CA. - Bus stop right outside the entrance: Route 16 goes directly to UCR in under 30 minutes! - Ralphs supermarket is nearby for convenient grocery shopping. Parking & Details: - The unit comes with 2 parking spaces total (we use 1). Additional parking spots can be purchased if needed. - Move-in date: Around late October (exact date is flexible and negotiable). - Looking for clean, friendly, and easygoing roommates!
