Luckily, there’s a 24/7 parking garage just down the block, right across from the park. It’s located in the same building as the CVS on the corner. Other things to note Important details: A camera monitors the entryway stairs. Noise monitoring is in place in the living room, dining area, and patio. The handrail is on one side of the stairs. This older apartment has character but may have slower drainage and sloping ceilings. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Paid parking is available off-site. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 10 AM. Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed. Please wash dishes before leaving. The deck capacity is five people. A late check-out fee applies.
